I would recommend him because he is more than competent as we listed and sold our house within a month of the first listing. We received the price we asked and our home was in the Bucktown area in Chicago where there were multiple options for the buyers. The buyers did not have an agent and Chris was extremely helpful in negotiations. His pictures and marketing were very well done and the whole process was very easy for us.

I believe his greatest asset is his ability to negotiate. My wife and I tried to sell our home on our own for a little bit without success. I was so relieved we used Chris when it came down to the negotiation of selling our condo b/c he was able to remain cool, level headed, and unemotional which I felt helped us get the best price for our condo. It’s stressful enough trying to buy and sell in this market, we needed someone to help us navigate through the process and Chris did a good job of that.

Chris Stephens is exactly what you want in a realtor. Highly knowledgeable plus knows the ins and outs of the entire process to include mortgage and closing. What most stood out to me was Chris’s availability and how quickly he returned calls, texts and emails.
